Others have commented that the examples are "old hat", but I still think it's a great resource for someone just starting to learn javascript and who is interested in keeping pages as cross-browser compatible as possible.

I only gave this a rating of 3 because I found the "Reference Page" a bit unwieldy from the point of view of printing out something for off-line reference.  It would have been worth a 4 if all the reference details (including things like "special care" tips, etc. in an appendix or something) were made available for printing in a "plain formatted" HTML page (i.e., without menus and ads), or for download as a text or pdf file.

Finally, I hope someone is working on DHTMLlib3 so that it will be easy to write cross-browser scripts that also work for NS6. :-)

The scrolling content menu (animate-to-place) is very cool, but I've noticed a couple of odd things:

1) The menu shows up in a slightly different vertical position when viewed in IE/Window and IE/Mac (looks like 5-10 pixels). Any idea why?

2) When a page with the floating menu loads, it animates into a position. If you scroll the page down (causing the menu to follow) and then scroll back up, you'll notice that the menu doesn't end up in the same place that it started -- it's a bit lower. Is there a way to get the menu to 1) start in the right place, rather than animating to its spot; and 2) end up in the same relative position, rather than changing from its starting point?

Whew! Thanks!
