Good, but in JavaScript I can do the same using document.write in JavaScript using arrays or whatever. These DIVS and Netscape's flaws make this kinda risky.

What's there is fine. I can't help thinking, however, that siteexperts' examples should start including support for W3C DOM compliant browsers. As everyone knows document.all and document.layers are proprietary. How about supporting the new generation of browsers as well as the last one?

The comment I made on the 2D forms was  for this technique. Part of the effectivness is in opening the browser window without a toolbar etc.  For those of us who are new to this site... may I suggest that variable names in the code be changed: allSupport -> blnIE layersSupport -> blnNS the argument on the function movePage might be better named selectedPage instead of what. There has got to be a better name for element and el but I haven't thought of appropriate ones yet. - IanO -
